Joel Rosario is our Lead supervisor instructor at Road Scholar Driving School. He is a full-time Physical Education teacher at Trenton Central High School and teaches the driver’s education course there as well. He has been teaching the Drivers Education Theory course for over 10 years and has been a driver instructor for the past 4 years. When not in the classroom or behind the wheel, you can find him on the football field coaching or enjoying the outdoors with his dog Rebel.
